And so, ladies and gentlemen I want to introduce due to exciting developments in the field of weight loss and fitness training!

Now clearly since the body is absolutely dependent on food for its well-being, and the amount of exercise and training that you can do is also critically dependent on the amount of food you eat, it seems pretty clear to me that you are going to require an expert who knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to human physiology, sports science, exercise and weight training, and of course, rapid weight loss programs such as the Venus Factor “lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks” program. John Barban is in fact such an expert, with qualifications gained over many years in all kinds of academic fields, compounded by huge experience and expertise in the arena of weight loss, fitness training and dietary requirements.

Now, having said all of that, it’s worth just enquiring about how the Venus factor and the Adonis golden ratio differ.
The Venus factor is based on or your female physiology — more specifically, the physiology of leptin, which is the fat burning hormone (to use the vernacular term). Leptin is a hormone that controls the biological their position and release of fat from fat stores in the female body, and its role has no doubt evolved because women need to protect both themselves and their unborn children against times when food is short.
Unfortunately, leptin does its job rather too well– in other words it promotes the laying down of fat rather more efficiently than it promote the release of fat: this is a problem for all modern women, who find it easier to put weight on rather than to lose weight. When you investigate this in more detail, it turns out the problem is actually rather more specific than you might think: the issue really is not a shortage of leptin in the female body, but resistance on the part of the female of the tissues to the activity of leptin.
In other words, an obvious way of encouraging weight loss in women is to ensure that leptin is working rather more efficiently than it otherwise would do — and the whole science and physiology of the Venus factor is based on increasing the effectiveness of leptin in a woman’s body.
By contrast, the Adonis golden ratio is all about ensuring that the proportion of body fat to muscle tissue in a man’s body is appropriate: ideally, a man’s body should contain no more than 15 to 20% body fat, compared to 30 to 40% body fat in woman. It turns out that whether or not a man’s body looks attractive is not depend so much on the absolute amount of fat that is body contains, but more are in fact on the ratio of his shoulder width to his hip width, and the ratio of the length of his torso to his overall height.
The Adonis golden ratio is absolutely designed to ensure that everything a man does will achieve the maximum movement towards the ideal body proportions as well as the ideal proportion of fat in the body tissues — otherwise known, as you may well be aware, as the body mass index or BMI.
